Peak Gas Generation exhibits i-Flow at TCT Asia

Posted in events on 06th April 2018

Peak Gas Generation China attended the Time Compression Technology (TCT) Asia Summit from March 1-3rd in Shanghai, China. The event took place at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) and one of the many focuses of the event was on how gas generation technologies can be used to benefit 3D printing methods. The event attracted an impressive 200 exhibitors, 45 speakers, 1,200 conference delegates and 13,500 visitors.

Peak displayed our i-Flow nitrogen gas generator system at booth C70, Hall N1. Attendees to the exhibition met with the Peak China team to learn more about how the i-Flow nitrogen generator system works and how it can be used to support applications across the 3D printing & additive manufacturing industry.

i-Flow is a turnkey on-site nitrogen generation solution that offers an extremely cost effective alternative to traditional bulk nitrogen gas or liquid supply methods, such as cylinders, dewars or micro-bulk tanks. In 3D printing & additive manufacturing applications, an inert environment for the laser sintering process is essential – to create this environment, nitrogen gas is flooded into the processing chamber which reduces oxygen levels & significantly reduces the risk of dust combustion – not only does this help to increase safety & minimize contamination, but also ensures maximum product durability & structural integrity.

Majority of industries buy nitrogen gas supplies via nitrogen cylinder packs, others meet their needs through liquid nitrogen dewars, micro-bulk tanks or bulk liquid nitrogen delivery. There is a better, more sustainable & safer option. Reduce the cost of nitrogen gas to your organisation & become self-sufficient. Find out how much you can save with a Peak nitrogen generator system.
